His Great Grandfather was supposed to end up in Chicago but fell asleep on the train. So when the train stopped in Galesburg, the Porter kicked him off. How many lives have been changed in the Galesburg and surrounding areas because of that random nap?🤓 Adam shared how Culture is everything at G&M and how they value all of their Team members. They use a “Power Down” system, to help achieve a work-life balance, which means they do not send emails after 6pm or before 6am concerning work items.
