Last week’s site visit with the Knox County YMCA, Adam Sampson and Melissa Bryant was truly awesome. This was an important visit as it allowed the CEOs to understand how non-profits operate and learn how much the Y does for the Knox County community through its programming.The class also learned how important it is to develop relationships with your customer base.
Fun Fact: The Y never turns anyone away for financial reasons.
