CEOs had a very informative week starting with Karen Cates, who has taught at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Monmouth College.
Karen shared her knowledge of different Leadership Styles and had the CEOs complete surveys to better understand if they were: Coercive, Visionary, Affiliative, Democratic, Pace-Setting, and Coaching.
Even though we have tendencies towards one or two of these, being a Leader requires adaptability.
