The purpose of the BBB is to advance marketplace trust and help people spend their hard earned money with businesses we can trust. When you see the BBB logo, you can count on that business being Reputable, Trustworthy and Honest.
Don stressed the importance of not being lazy when doing online searches when looking for products and services. This was also a lesson in Customer Service and how reviews from this who buy from you are so valuable.
