CEOs met with Chris Bayer, Sr. VP of Assured Partners, to hear about his journey in the world of sales and entrepreneurship.
Chris shared the greatest lesson he learned was from his grandfather, who was also in sales.
He told Chris, “you have to see the people.”
Chris has taken that to the next level and talked of the importance of not only seeing the people, but creating connections and building relationships through asking a lot of questions.
