Several entrepreneurial topics were shared with the CEOs by Jason Paulsgrove, owner of Midwest Uniform Supply in Galesburg and Peoria.
Jason shared how most of his journey was accomplished by trial and error.
Jason started his career as a Galesburg Police Officer and realized there was no local place to buy uniforms.
He saw a need and went after it.
The store has since morphed into scrubs for the medical professional.
Jason also touched on the challenges and successes of moving locations, online sales, marketing, using social media, store layout, and how he loves the “brick and mortar” retail life.
He also mentioned how one of his biggest thrills in being an entrepreneur is negotiating with other businesses and purchasing buildings.
Jason does not like to lose!
He also shared the importance of the CEOs to decide what they really want out of life: family, friends, hobbies, money, etc. and choose a path that will allow you to have those things.
