CEOs took a visit to the highest occupancy producing hotel in Galesburg, the Holiday Inn Express. Providing roughly 22,000 “room nights” per year, it is easy to see the importance of the Holiday Inn Express to the Galesburg community.
Ryan Probst, the General Manager, shared the focus of customer service and how he and his Team provide the best experience possible for their customers.
Ryan shared his story of how he started at the front desk and moved his way up in this hospitality driven career.
