The CEOs met Marnie Steach, the Director of the Wackerle Career and Leadership Center and the Associate Director of Student Success at Monmouth College.
Marnie introduced the CEOs to Damarian Stark, a 2025 Graduate of Monmouth College, with a double major in Business and Marketing.
While at Monmouth, Damarian developed his own clothing line, “Nobody’s Favorite.”
Damarian took the CEOs on his journey from beginning to end sharing how he used the skills learned at MC to make mistakes, grow from them, team up with other departments at MC, such as the Art Department, to enhance his product and his booth set up for trade shows where he was promoting his clothes.
He also shared the power of social media, not being afraid to reach out to celebrities to connect and enhance the reach of his clothing line.
You can find more about Damarian and his Streetwear on his Instagram N0body’s Fav0rite.
Thank you, Marnie and Damarian, for “sewing” seeds of success into the CEOs!
