Ben Forney, State Farm Agency Owner, shared with the CEOs about his business and how a Franchise operates compared to his wife, Heather’s business that was developed solely by her and Ben.
The Franchise gives parameters, support for marketing and IT but allows individual differences among agency owners.
Heather’s business, I Do Events, is totally autonomous and allows the Forneys the flexibility to develop and make quick directional changes without needing anyone’s approval.
Ben also shared the importance of finding a niche and need and then providing the goods or services that meet those needs for people.
He also mentioned that price does not equal value and value does not equal price.
Thanks, Ben, for being “there” for the CEOs!
