Ron Koehler and Andrew Thomas of Charterpoint Wealth Strategies shared their entrepreneurial journeys with the CEOs.
Many valuable lessons were learned of how to best work with customers by asking questions that help Ron and Andrew treat each customer as being unique and meeting their needs at different stages of life.
Ron and Andrew, through their advising, are able to build relationships and trust in order to have a real financial impact on the lives of the people and families they work with.
This relationship building helps the clients understand the wholistic road map that Ron and Andrew are putting together for them.
They also talked about the importance of giving back and getting involved in the community.
Ron and Andrew do exactly that. They are both members of Service Clubs, are Mentors for our CEO Program and Andrew is also the Head Coach of the Galesburg Legion Baseball Team.
Thanks, Ron and Andrew, for all you do for your customers and the Knox County community!
You are truly “change makers”!
