Tony Querciagrossa, supply chain manager, takes us on a tour of their 200,000 square foot warehouse and explains how they move $1,000,000 worth of art supplies everyday with an accuracy rate of 99.67%!
There are 650 associates that help make this happen, along with shipping to 150 countries with the goal of deliveries being on time in 24 hours. They hit that goal 99.59% of the time.
