Last site visit of the year with Mark and Tricia Thomas, owners and funeral directors of the Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematorium.
Mark and Tricia also serve the CEO Program as Mentors and Mark is a CEO Board Member.
Mark and Tricia divide and conquer the daily duties at WTFH. Tricia focuses on the HR, accounting and employee side while Mark deals more with the funeral arrangements in a very regulated industry.
They shared the importance of helping families during the most stressful and sad moments in their lives and the 121 decisions that need to be made for a funeral.
They explained how a funeral is sharing a person’s life in a day, which is a huge responsibility.
And everybody’s life deserves a chance to be celebrated.
