Many of the business lessons Phil and Johanna shared included advertising/marketing/social media, how they choose suppliers, developing their sauces and rubs, getting their products in stores, and how they coordinate 3 weddings in a day with 300 people each.
The most important topic that Phil and Johanna shared was to “Jump.”
