As we all know, there are some amazing businesses in Knox County, IL.
There aren’t many that have been around for 150 years!
The CEOs were introduced to Dick Anderson, investor and aboard member for the CEO Program, along with being the President and COO of Anderson State Bank in Oneida which is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year.

Dick shared his journey of being from the area, moving away after high school because he wanted to experience life outside of his hometown.
Dick loved the retail business and shared many of the lessons he learned in marketing, managing, developing, hospitality and strategic growth planning for several large companies.
All of these lessons learned and quality relationships he developed, led to him returning to Oneida and Anderson State Bank.

Dick also shared his top 5 characteristics that lead to success:
