The CEOs were introduced to Don O’Brien, Galesburg High School graduate and current Regional Director/Investigator for the Better Business Bureau located in Quincy (don’t hold that against him) and serving businesses and customers in Illinois and Missouri.

Don shared the history and mission of the BBB and how their main goal is to develop a good working relationship between businesses and customers.
Don shared several real world examples of how the BBB operates in situations where customers have a complaint against a business but also when they receive great reviews.
There are several FREE tools on the BBB.org website for people to look up and make sure they are dealing with reputable people/businesses.
